Definitely recommend! I had my patio screen door replaced here. Matt went above and beyond to ensure it fit properly and even help with the install.

They didn't have what I needed, but helped me find the place that did.

I had 5 keys made at A&G and all five worked perfectly. Matthew was very quick and pleasant and he explained to me that they keep their key grinding machine well serviced. This is the.only store I go to for keys now. The big box hardware stores have never had real reliable key grinding machines. I also get superb customer service for my other hardware purchases st A &G. They have a very knowledgeable staff and seem to have whatever it is I that I am looking for. Outstanding Store!

Sore customer service - 5 stars. Knife sharpening - would not recommend. The price is affordable, $4 per knife, but result is on the same level as well. Knives were not even polished after sharpening having leftover burr rounded on one side.
Update - I appreciate the offer from the store to come to get knives fixed ,thank you, but no, I will not be coming back.

A&G hardware is terrific! I had a patio set that needed chair tips. The size was not standard. Matt problem solved and fixed me up with the right fit. I had gone to two other hardware stores before going to A&G Hardware. I needed help and Matt went the extra mile and I’m grateful.
