David at Universal Travel has planned fantastic vacations for me three years in a row. I first reached out to him for travel arrangements to Hawaii, and then unfortunately before we were able to go, the pandemic hit and Hawaii was basically shut down; he very quickly was able to arrange an awesome trip for us to Hilton Head Island instead. The following year, I asked him for vacation recommendations since Hawaii still had too many restrictions, and he suggested and arranged another fantastic trip, this time to Puerto Rico. And finally, this year we were finally able to take our dream trip to Hawaii, and again David did a fabulous job of arranging flights and hotels. He was always available through phone and email, and very patiently addressed all of my questions and travel concerns. I highly recommend David and this travel agency.
