“I had a great experience buying a car here, online. Chad Palmer took my cold call inquiring about a very slightly used EQB. He was engaging, friendly, and quick to follow up, despite me being a few states away. I initially tried to buy a different car from a different dealer, and when I told him, instead of immediately ghosting me, he congratulated me--classy. Turns out the other car deal fell apart, so I contacted Chad again, and found the EQB was still available. The price was very reasonable, and we had the paperwork in motion within a day or two. It is always nerve wracking to buy a car you have not physically seen, but my car arrived literally perfect--not a single imperfection that I can find. The car is a gem. So, very happy here with service and price. We tend to cycle through a lot of cars, and I'll consider returning here for our next purchase. Oh, and the finance department did not try to tack on a lot of nonsense extra fees, that seem to be the norm at other dealers these days--much appreciated.”

“I love this store! They helped me put on my wipers I purchased when I came back. The lady manager was there by herself and said if I wanted to wait or come back someone would help. I went to Gordon’s because I had some things to get and then went back and the guy that came back from a delivery helped put my wipers on. Reading some of the reviews I was skeptical to go here but they were great! Another example of you shouldn’t believe everything you read. Customers are ignorant sometimes and I’ve seen it. They get rude and expect you to still help them. I work in customer service and that’s not how it works. You get what you put out in the universe. People should understand that. A lovely older gentle men when out of his to assist me in trying to find the receipt digitally. With no luck I decided to purchase a new battery while gaining valuable advice along the way. “If you are looking to get the windows on your vehicle tinted this is the place to do it. The cost to get it done is a lot less expensive than any other place around. Yet the quality of the tinting is extremely professional. I really cannot express how pleased I am with the final product for the tint job I got done on my car. The guy who did it is very open about what he does and what he is going to do. There are also a lot of different options you can choose from when it comes to what percentage you want. He can get you what ever percent you want as well. My car was finished about exactly when he said it would be as well. I wasn't without my car for a long time at all. I simply dropped my car off and came to pick it up later. Again the tint job is amazing. I carefully examined each window for any bubbles and there was absolutely none to be found. I'd highly recommend anyone looking to get their windows tinted to use this service.”
