“I have to laugh reading some of the negative reviews here. Annie’s music is not trying to be all things music to all people and in my opinion it is rather foolish to expect it to be. What they are very good at is stocking virtually all of the required music for local competition, especially for school age piano students. This place is a literally a godsend for piano teachers. They carry a few accessories like guitar strings, clarinet reeds, etc., as a service. Obviously, they are not going to have a comprehensive selection of these things like you would find at Guitar Center or a store specializing in band rentals. To expect that they would carry these things at the same price as a high volume retailer is not very smart. I’m not looking forward to the day with all the brick and mortar music stores are gone and I am grateful along with many other teachers that Annie’s Music is there. I am sure it has been a struggle for many of these retailers to keep going during the pandemic and as things improve, I expect to see these businesses able to carry more stock, more variety and hire more employees. For now, I think we should all support them and treat the employees with the respect and kindness they deserve for being there to serve you.”

“I love this store! They helped me put on my wipers I purchased when I came back. The lady manager was there by herself and said if I wanted to wait or come back someone would help. I went to Gordon’s because I had some things to get and then went back and the guy that came back from a delivery helped put my wipers on. Reading some of the reviews I was skeptical to go here but they were great! Another example of you shouldn’t believe everything you read. Customers are ignorant sometimes and I’ve seen it. They get rude and expect you to still help them. I work in customer service and that’s not how it works. You get what you put out in the universe. People should understand that. Thank you guys for helping me! I will be back for sure!!”

“I walked in the other day asking about their battery warranty program but I couldn't find my receipt and really didn't understand how things worked. A lovely older gentle men when out of his to assist me in trying to find the receipt digitally. With no luck I decided to purchase a new battery while gaining valuable advice along the way. When I tell you this man has optimal customer service skills I mean it. He was kind, informative, and straight up hilarious. I'm unsure of his name but he deserves a raise. That man made my day. After losing my grandfather, getting hit by a semi, and losing my job, this experience is just what I needed. Thank you!”

“The Rondo String Quartet played our April 30 wedding at Cherry Creek Golf Club. I cannot say enough amazing things about this group of incredible musicians. Lisa was easy to work with, professional, and a great communicator - truly every bride's dream! We hired the quartet to play our ceremony and cocktail hour and it was everything we could have imagined and more. The music was beautiful and it really set the stage for an elegant evening for all of our guests. The group has such a robust repertoire list, but each song is just as lovely as the next. You can't go wrong with any of their selections. Our guests complimented the music all evening, saying that our wedding gave off "Bridgerton" vibes in the very best way! “I’ve had issues with my phone; calls not coming in and the woman who was there tonight working has helped me on a few occasions with my cell phone and has gone completely above and beyond to help me get my calls working. I don’t know if she is the manager? but on two separate occasions; tonight and last week, she spent time talking with me empathizing with my frustrations I thought it was just a carrier issue from converting to sprint to T-Mobile; she spent I would say about a total of 3 hours helping me on the phone with customer support. The other representatives not as helpful but I give five stars because of her going above and beyond; thank you again much appreciated! Seriously this girl deserves a raise, not once did she dismiss my phone issues or tell me to go to Apple tell me to go to sprint; she gave the ultimate customer service experience; being someone who has worked in retail/customer service I can tell you it’s more than just a job for her, she genuinely cares about her customers, she literally worked side-by-side with me to troubleshoot whereas some of them will just completely dismiss the issue and pass the buck and say contact Apple or contact Sprint…I failed to catch her name; And I regret that however I’m hoping that this review Not only expresses my gratitude but if this woman is up for a promotion or raise she 100% deserves it; Thank you again for making an excruciating painful and frustrating experience a little bit more tolerable your patience and understanding goes probably farther than you know.”

“Great place to get your music gear and take lessons. I have been shopping with Mom's Music for 30+ years. In both of their locations. There is a reason for that. They are great at what they do and they have an awesome teaching department. Marvin, Beverly, and all of the folks that work there are very knowledgeable. I will continue to shop there when I have a musical need. They ROCK! On a side note: I get tired of seeing small businesses get stepped on in these reviews because they didn't kiss you butt when you came in.
