This is such an amazing studio! Super fun classes, amazing instructors, top of the line equipment, and all at a very fair cost. Love that it is a small business as well. Highly recommend!!

I liked the fast pace yet ability to still have dedicated time at each station. The coach was very helpful and checked on me and helped with form throughout. I felt comfortable right away!

Finally getting into shape!! It's been a super positive experience that has help me become a healthier, happier person in a short time. Brad is always upbeat, understanding and beyond knowledgeable. I look forward to my weekly workouts even when my week is crazy!! The gym has a positive, lightfilled atmosphere. It's clean, welcoming and for someone who hasn't worked out in years, I didn't feel intimidated or uncomfortable like I have in other places. Working out with Brad is the best thing I have done for myself in a really long time!!
