Penn's Thai Kitchen

Absolutely outstanding food! Nice place to dine in real quick or take out. Quality ingredients and perfectly cooked. The menu overall is excellent and average price for this type of restaurant.

Worked here for years back in the day with Penn. Came back recently after being out of state for many years.

New ownership as Penn retired, and I left around the same time.

Anyway, the food is pretty damn close to the same. It's great. And they still have her cheerful photos across the tables - many of which I took. The menu is the same, thankfully.

The new owner is doing a good job.

Under new ownership since last fall, Penn’s Thai Kitchen continues to satisfy the craving for fresh Thai dishes. Tonight I had the Pad Ped Chicken, medium-spice with Thai curry, bamboo shoots, bell peppers and eggplant and rice. Enough for two meals, but I couldn’t help myself. At the NW corner of Crooks and 14 Mile Road.
