(May 10, 2021, 9:39 am)I recently moved to michigan and have insurance for my pet with Banfield. Getting an appt was a little difficult due to timing issues but I have absolutely no complaints. The doctor and staff were helpful and friendly. They even did a follow up call which was unexpected and answered every question I had no matter how small it may seem.
