Singer Cosmetics

Room was clean, staff was super friendly, breakfast wasn't my the greatest but they have options which was nice. Mostly wanting to write this review for the people complaining that the room next to the boiler room (104) was so loud they couldn't sleep... It really wasn't bad at all. Honestly barely noticed it especially with the air conditioner on. I would recommend this hotel.

5 stars among this class of hotels. I have been an IHG guy for a while but it's time to change and my stay here helped confirm it. 1. Accommodations were great - clean, well & cleverly furnished, with actually pleasant and interesting decor. It's a newer hotel so this may have been especially good but other aspects that really set it apart were organizational. 2. Service, attentive and helpful but not over bearing staff well equipped with tools for supporting guests. 3. An easy way to tip the cleaning staff!! This was HUGE and telling for me. I never have cash and the fact that the hotel is the only one I've been in recently that helps support the tipping of staff (a less common practice these days but one of the few ways we can directly impact the experience of the service workers) at least makes it appear that they are more invested in the experience of their staff than other chains. I have recently compared the different chains from an ethical and responsibility standpoint and while we know none of them can be great, Hilton had some notable approaches that helped set it apart and this small offering helped reinforce that perception. Well done. I'm officially a Hilton Rewards guy now.

Beautiful property far enough off I10 to not hear road noise yet close enough for quick access & close to restaurants and services. Online check in seemed to work but digital key did not. But front desk staff was wonderful, polite, and friendly.
Room was spacious and well appointed. Very comfortable!
Would stay here again!

Great location. Clean and attentive housekeeping. Spacious, bright and good ventilated gym. One con will be the less than ideal lighting in the rooms for long hours of typing and writing.

Overall, the experience was pretty good. Notably, check-in was a better customer service experience than I've experienced many other places recently including restaurants, airports, and other hotels. A nicer than usual aspect with breakfast was fresh blueberries which I like. Regarding opportunities for improvement, in room 421 there were a couple of minor maintenance issues; loose bathroom hardware and delaminating wallpaper (pictured).

WOW, what an experience I’ve had today at Singer Cosmetics! Biana’s skills and professionalism are impeccable. The equipment she used - state of the art. Perfect example of a professional who is great at her job and enjoys helping her clients.
She was very welcoming and expressed real interest in my skin’s health. A real practitioner who understand that clients have a choice with their care provider and our new norm of infection control measures. She asked me questions beyond the script about my needs and expectations. No rush, no pressure, just the perfect service. Bravo!!

Bianca is extremely professional sensitivity to client comfort. All over highly satisfactory experience.

Really could not be happier with Singer Cosmetics. Bianna and the entire staff are wonderful. Hydra facial is my favorite. Products are top of the line. You will not be disappointed. Highly recommended.
