Upon researching a storage company, I reached out to EZ Storage via email. Jamie responded within 24 hours. At arrival, Jamie was extremely friendly and helpful. Her customer service was exemplary!

Excellent customer service. Very helpful at the front desk, very knowledgeable. The facility is clean, nicely appointed, seems like a safe setup. I was really impressed by the professionalism of the lady at the front desk. I checked my unit and everything was spotless and secure. I dont mind storing my belongings here. I can appreciate the safety features. If you dont want to pay $11.00 for a pad lock, be sure to supply your own lock for the unit.

Jamie & Jake were the NICEST people that I've come across in a very long time. They were very helpful during the process of getting a storage unit. And, they went above and beyond to make sure that my wife and I were comfortable with everything. It also helps that the facility is gorgeous and incredibly secure. They come highly recommended!

Great experience with the entire staff. Mike was quick to respond to my phone call and Jamie was sensational. Quick call with her and then I just popped in to sign paperwork. Total time (including my drive) 20 minutes. Amazing! Thank you all for making it such a great and easy experience.
