I have been working for choice Independence for almost 6 years now when I first started working there it was supposed to be just a second job but I liked the company more then my previous company I decided to work full time for Choice Independence, working with Choice Independence has been a great experience for me, the owner is very understanding,and supportive, she's very active with clients in the company, she has dinner parties at her house for staff and clients to stay updated about everyone's well-being, I would give Choice Independence 20 stars if I could.
I have my younger sister in one group homes managed by Choice Independence for over 5 years. My sister lives with two other ladies in all women home which was my number one requirment. Choice Independence staff have always been very professional with me and my sister who loves staying there. The staff at the home are also very good , treat the ladies and help out in all matters very well. The staff lead by Sara, Lisa, Arlletta have been very good and very professional in my experience.
I understand it is a tough job not suited for many people and that may be one reasons for some staff turnover. All things consider the company goes out of their way to help.
I would recommend this place for any one who is in need of place for their loved ones.
I've been with Choice Independence for over 6 years and I couldn't be happier. I have worked for many different direct care companies and NOTHING comes close to Choice! The office staff actually cares about the clients as well as the staff that severs them! I have NEVER worked for a company where I wasn't just a number so working for Choice has been a great experience. Not to mention I have worked at a lot of their homes and I LOVE every client I've encountered.
My son has been under the care of Choice Independence for over ten years. I have nothing but very positive experiences with the management team there. Every time I needed Sarah to work with me to get better services from government agencies, she has been very helpful.
Also, my son has been very happy with the staff and Sarah. The home manager is very kind and goes out of her way to keep Jay happy.
