During hire and throughout expectations are reviewed and explained, sometimes by the owners and other times by management put in place to supervisor those roles. Performance and productivity, like any business, are held to the highest quality, especially when it involves the care of others. We understand that being this way will filter a lot of employees out and will expose those who are not truly committed to service of others or committed to teamwork. Nonetheless, Care First Rehab looks at every encounter as a learning experience and an opportunity for more growth and bigger expectations. The people we work so hard for deserve it!

What a great program. They take seriously that you have to help residents move to independence. What I really like is while its a typical home structure, its a long home so no one feels boxed in. There is a speech therapist there often named Fred who is so people oriented. Impressive place for the catastrophically injured.
