Wonderful experience! My mother had passed, and was an absolute pleasure working with Jessica throughout the process. Clearly explained and dealt with the paperwork and ensured all questions were answered and understood by all family members. Never felt rushed, and she handled the funeral arrangements/ceremony very well with opening and closing statements of support. And a former Air Force veteran, therefore, handled each event with confidence, but compassion for the family as well!
