The owner was incredibly kind to us and allowed us to turn in our keys to the drop box a day late without dinging us for the whole month when he very well could have for our mistake. Very classy act that we appreciated! I highly recommend Springfield Storage.

They helped me tremendously and offered a solution to a situation that occurred at the onset of my move (sister's move). This was a huge stress reliever during a highly stressful time. They continued to be incredibly accommodating as my problem was not resolved as readily as anticipated. Thank you Kathryn, your organization will be the first to come to mind, and highly recommended, when someone is looking for a storage solution.
