(June 14, 2022, 7:10 pm)Taco cart is a great idea. The wait for tacos was long. The taco vendor would have been well served with a third person to take orders and handle cash. The cook and server did the best they could with resources they had. The revenue could be at least doubled with a better process. There were plenty of people in line to support the demand. Looking forward to the next event in downtown Davisburg.
