I have been going here for over 30 years. Wonderful Nature Park. Great biking, walking, jogging and roller blading. Or - nature walks through more rustic trails. Picnic and play areas. Clean bathrooms.
We love the discovery center at Indian Springs. The underwater dome is exciting for my little ones to see the fish and they love the echo. I like the different native animals to the area diagram with sounds and info. I also appreciate the education on controlled burns and how it helps contain and flourish the preserve. This is a great place to visit if you're looking for a budget friendly indoor/outdoor adventure.
My daughter hosted her wedding and reception here. Location was perfect with lots to do for all ages and set up perfectly with beautiful views. Staff were very helpful.
Absolutely perfect wedding venue. The room holds 200 guests and has two walls covered in floor to ceiling windows. You do you have to use their exclusive caterer. We could not have asked for a better wedding venue.
First time at Indian Springs. The Discovery center is nice. Has basic information stations, a beautiful deck for the water out back and an underwater observation for said pond, however it was closed due to it leaking. We walked on one of the trails nearby there. We saw a turkey and its babies on the trail. Wear some serious bug spray. The flies are relentless. I'm sure there were mosquitoes, however, the over abundance of swarming flies was so overwhelming (even in bug spray, reapplying), it was hard to fully enjoy the beauty and serenity Indian Springs has to offer.
