(August 5, 2022, 6:49 pm)Neil King PT clinics are the only physical therapy clinics I will go to, as well as refer other people to. I recently injured my shoulder and had been dealing with the pain for long enough. Amy (PT) as well as Linda (PTA) and Cara (PTA) are all very kind, thorough, and take pride in their line of work. I've been going here for about a month now and I am already noticing great improvements. My pain has reduced and I have been able to return to some activities that were too painful before. I'm confident that I will continue to improve while under the direction of the staff at the Troy office :) Thank you for aiding in my recovery!!
(June 29, 2022, 10:56 am)I loved every minute! The whole atmosphere is so welcoming and everyone does a great job at allowing you to feel comfortable. Amy is so genuine, attentive and most importantly, SHE LISTENS. The team provides exercises in house as well as tools and exercises to take home as well. So glad I came here.
(June 21, 2022, 2:06 pm)[ ] After my first visit, the subsequent visits were like visiting friends. Amy, Clinic Director/Physical Therapist, is very knowledgeable, helpful and truly cares about her patients. During a two week break from PT (l had minor surgery for an unrelated issue) Amy called inquiring how l was feeling. Linda, physical therapy assistant, is very helpful and equally as caring. John is nice and handles administrative issues in a prompt manner. Facility is spacious and very clean. My very first experience going to PT was wonderful.
(April 13, 2022, 3:54 pm)Amy Mittelstaedt is knowledge, passionate, and attentive. I love how she makes you feel like she cares and doesn't try to treat me in a "cookie cutter" style. My visits seems very individualized and specific to my needs. She gives great explanation and helps with pinpointing problem areas as well as exercises to overcome my issues.
(November 8, 2021, 5:25 pm)Amy and I used to work together for many years at a different facility. She has always been highly reputable for her superb treatment skills, so when I needed physical therapy I immediately thought of her. However, at that time my physician wanted me to have PT at an affiliated location and I regretfully complied. Long story short, thus I have had the chance to experience PT from different therapists for the same diagnosis. I have to say the therapy that I received from Amy was undoubtedly far more superior! She was exceedingly knowledgeable and experienced with my condition, and she always tried her best to explain it to me at a level that I would understand. She spent ample time on manual techniques which often brought immediate symptom relief. She corrected my home exercises and taught me modification techniques with daily activities to avoid further injury. She always listened attentively and adjusted therapy according to my needs that day. The clinic itself was always clean and well organized. I’m particularly impressed with the spacious individual treatment rooms, which really was an upgrade compared to other clinics I had been to. I could not thank Amy and her team enough and I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs expert physical therapy care!
