“Dr. Fox is amazing. Before I started visiting, I had a mountain of issues ranging from fatigue to muscle pain, nerve pain, and much more. “This gym is unlike any other! I really enjoy that the training is personalized. The head coach Andre creates a plan just for you to meet your specific goals. He is always keeping me motivated and pushing me to the next level. The gym is also always very clean and organized. Another bonus is they have a shake bar with plenty of delicious options. Not only do I feel welcomed when I walk through the doors, the staff and clientele has made me feel like i’m apart of the troy city fitness family! I highly recommend this gym.”

“They Actually have a good bakery selection. They really need to not move items around. Recently they changed the entire store and it's difficult to find what you need quickly. They also added 4 prime parking spots for their online customers for pick up. Silly to take great parking Away for customers to just sit there and wait. Maybe they need to use the rear of the store. Be careful to not get run over by the giant cart that hurries around trying to fill orders.”
