I worked with him selling my house recently. Even though the timeline I had was very tight, he managed very well starting from marketing/staging all the way to closing. This is my second review. I am giving it a definite 5 for Ben's efforts, approachability, flexible but firm personality, creative ideas to help me along to get us going with preparation work. He also listens very well and tries his best to incorporate our ideas to his experience. I did almost everything he suggested to make the house attractive, inside and outside. At one point, I did not listen and the result was not good. The reviews from the viewers were mostly excellent for staging, cleanliness, and presentability.
