First rate care. From the first phone call through 21 visits nothing but top notch treatment. Encouraging without pushing is how they are and such positive attitudes with everyone.
The staff from the front desk, to the back in the onsite gym, are professional, friendly, n caring.
Dr. Masternick is amazing as well as 100% dedicated to his patients. Wait time is short to none, they take they're time with u, I never feel/felt rushed at any given time. They work so well with scheduling between work, n life in generaI. I will be continuing..
They were more than accommodating....and professional...not "quick to get you out the door" ...which gave me the feeling they were interested....I feel like I established a bond....I will recommend....two months after full knee replacement surgery, I am heading back to my regular workout facility with my regimen in hand....still need to see my surgeon one more time so PTS has not closed out my account....other places would say "6 weeks and done" .... my PT Assistant Mark (which I was more than comfortable with) was great ...and Christina in the workout facility: pleasant, helpful, and knowledgeable. I watched her work with some who didn't want to do what was prescribed....she was compassionate but not a feather to be bowled over! :) Highly recommend!
I had severe rotator cuff injuries (3 torn tendons) and was unable to undergo surgery. Not only did the staff at Physical Therapy Specialists accommodate my unique circumstances, but they helped me back to almost full mobility and decreased pain in 6 weeks! I was also provided with home exercises after "graduating" that were designed specifically for my injuries, so that I could continue improving. EVERY person that I encountered at PTS was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. If I ever need physical therapy again for any injury, I will most definitely choose Physical Therapy Specialists.
They are an excellent Physical therapy service. I have received wonderful treatment for post-surgical foot and balance recovery. Not only are the PT's professional, they listen to you during treatment.
The pt technicians are well trained and friendly.
The service has the option for you to continue recovery and improve your strength in their attached gym. The gym has onsite has trainers available at no extra expense. They help by setting up a training program, assist with exercises and are there if you want additional help.
They are an excellent place to get and stay fit.
