Troy Urgent Care & Telemedicine & Rapid Testing

The staff are very nice and helpful. They make you feel really comfortable. The doctor there is absolutely amazing. She listens to you, she sympathizes with you, and comes up with the best solution on how to help you feel better. I've seen many doctors, and she is one of two doctors who actually take the time to listen and understand. I highly recommend this urgent care !

This urgent care was great. Very easy to talk to the staff and they were more than helpful. I would recommend to anyone.

I called around 7 pm to schedule covid test and they were able to have me for the testing immediately around 8pm. People are polite and patient. The result came out in the next afternoon. The whole process was quick and smooth.

Very friendly staff and doctor. The whole e-visit took less than 20minutes over the phone and was very affordable. I immediately felt better the next day with what I was prescribed. 10/10 would highly recommend.

Wonderful staff! Very kind, considerate, & helpful towards our situation! Esp the physician I spoke with named Shanna. She was so informative and showed compassion for my 2 year old son & advised me on what was best for you him in our situation! I definitely recommend this place to anyone in any medical situation! Overall, we’ve been there 3 separate times and each time we had a great experience! :)
