My 8-year-old Miele upright has been restored to like-new condition, thanks to Miele expert repairman Jim Kramer. Service completed within 48 hours. And this after a competitor told me the "motor was shot" and that it would take "months to get parts," so it was not worth repairing. I will NEVER shop anywhere else for vacuum sales/service. Bravo.
This is the best place to go if want to purchase or have a vacuum serviced. They have an excellent selection of vacuums and will educate you about the different brands and designs to help you select the one that is best for your needs. They service all makes and models, and even restore older machines. They have a good selection of parts and accessories and will advise you on the maintenance of your vacuum. The staff is friendly and helpful and personally own some of the models they sell.
The representatives at Troy Banks Vacuum are not only friendly and knowledgeable, but always go out of their way to be sure all my needs are met. I recommend them highly!
Amazing service and friendly staff! Had a wonderful experience at Bank’s Vacuum and would highly recommend this place to anyone willing to make a new purchase or getting their existing vacuums fixed. Tim was extremely helpful and prompt in servicing my brand new Bissell Crosswave and was also kind enough to explain how similar issues can be avoided in the near future. Genuine employees who work for the best interests of the customers :)
I love this store. My wife and I bought our first vacuum from this store 24 years ago and have been coming back ever since. We have purchased new vacuums. We have had repairs done. We have purchased replacement parts. Every time, the team helps us determine what we need and points us in the best direction whether that is going with a repair or full replacement. Certainly, we would not have received this kind of service from a big box store.
