9Round Fitness - Troy

I started out at 9round almost a year ago, and I can hand to heart say that I've never been so consistent with workouts as I have been with 9round. The workouts are challenging and they change everyday. The Challenge of the week is something that brings out the competitive side in me, and I love it. The highlight is probably the one on one attention that you receive from the trainers. They are there with you at every station and make sure that your form and technique are on point. The guys at Troy are really friendly, and I feel like I'm part of a family. In conclusion, I'd recommend this place to anyone.

Best place for a workout that changes daily so your body will always get something new. I love coming here. Every trainer is knowledgeable and friendly. It really feels like family. If necessary, they will cater a workout to fit your health needs. Just be honest with them.

9round is awesome! I’ve been coming here since this place opened last fall and they haven’t lost me yet (which is saying something because I HATE working out!). The 30 min workouts are perfect for my changing work schedule and everyday it’s something new so you don’t get bored.

The workout changes every day. The trainers are great: Very upbeat and encouraging. Marvin is my favorite.

I have been coming regularly since the gym opened in October 2017. I have seen an improvement in my strength and appearance.

I haven't been here for about a week because I hurt my foot but I like the 5:30am trainer, he pushes you to your limits. I love that you can get a workout in without having to schedule a time.
