(December 6, 2019, 12:18 pm)I've used Chip for several years at my home and at my mothers home. He does a great job and is able to remove pet mishaps when he does my semi annual cleaning. (Granted I don't allow my dogs to urinate all over the place, but they do occasionally make a mistake) I like the Chem Dry process over other companies because the carpet isn't as wet when job is done.
