  The service here is absolutely amazing. I love to work with Susan in particular because she is such a lovely and genuine person. You instantly feel like family when you walk in. Upselling is the last thing on their mind and rightfully so as their items sell themselves. They’re my home for fine jewelry with their transparent pricing, extremely competitive financing and true care for customer service. Their best quality perhaps may be the professionalism and organization in regards to all your paperwork from the certifications to the appraisals - they really run a trustworthy business.

  My mom and I loved working with Holly. She was so genuine, patient and she provided such a positive experience! I loved working with someone who wasn’t pushy and just willing to help me. We wanted some specific pieces and she was able to help us find what we were looking for plus some other things!
  Can’t wait to come back and work with her again. Wish I found her sooner!

  Vickie was amazing! She went above and beyond our expectations for finding the perfect engagement ring at a competitive price.   Ordered my first watch here a couple weeks ago and had exceptional service. Nicole was very patient and hospitable and helped me to find the watch I was looking for. I was very excited when just a couple months later I received a call that my watch had arrived. She was ready inside the store when I came in and made the process easy while dealing with problems seamlessly. Overall great experience and I look forward to my next purchase!

  Came in to update my wife's wedding band. I had a Hearts on Fire diamond that performed well. At first, I was nervous I wouldn't find one with the same sparkle but Nikki guaranteed me that should pull out the best diamonds for me. That's exactly what happened, she set aside a couple of beautiful diamonds for me to pick from. She took her time to show me each one, it’s characteristics and also provided some mounts to see how they would look. I compared them to another jewelry store in Birmingham and Tapper's diamond selection blew them away. They have the strongest selection and best cut diamonds in the area. I highly recommend you come in and see what they have to offer. Ask for Nikki, tell her what you are looking for and you’ll leave very happy.
