I chose to seek services at Clear Choice Natural Health Care due to my debilitating back pain that was negatively impacting my ability to complete daily tasks at work. I felt fortunate that the pricing structure allowed for a discount when purchasing packed sets of visits. At the beginning of the initial treatment series with Dr. Sowerby my back pain would lessen for a few days following each visit. Later, I began to be pain free for a few weeks after a visit. Nowadays, I can return to my full activity level. Dr. Sowerby assigns exercises to do at home and will give you guidance on details of daily body mechanics. My rate of recovery increased when I adhered to his professional recommendations.

I was referred to Dr. Sowerby by a coworker when I was having some severe symptoms and felt hopeless. The two months leading up to going in, I had lost at least 50% of my hair, I was bruising from everything, and a couple other issues that my primary care doctor couldn't explain and told me to 'wait it out for 6 months and we will go from there"... which provided 0 comfort to a 25 year old that was losing their hair. I went in looking for help on my current symptoms, and discovered so many other things that I had just been living with and not realizing their was help out there for. I have been going in regularly for about 9 months now and am beyond thrilled with my results! I learned I had a wheat sensitivity and cutting that out of my diet has been great for my weight loss journey. I also have been able to go off of my thyroid drug. Dr. Sowerby has a clear decisive system of detecting what is wrong with your body, as for me, he was able to save me from hospital visits, medicines and I was able to avoid side effects of those drugs. His treatments protocols are not just for pain ( by a long shot), but rather allowed my body to heal up naturally- organs started working again after they were malfunctioning. I can’t say enough about how this one man saved me from a terrible misery.

I have been seeing Dr Sowerby, on and off, for several years. Dr. Sowerby is always helpful, courteous, and understanding of my treatment needs, and will taylor my treatment plan based on whether I am interested in chiropractic care, nutritional care, or both.
There are times that I am motivated to eat well, take my supplements, and exercise. At other times...not so much. What I appreciate is that Dr. Sowerby is willing to help me achieve my health goals when I’m ready, he listens well, and best of all, I feel better after receiving treatment. Dr. Sowerby’s staff is also very friendly and helpful.
