Lancaster Lakes

Being a vendor at Lancaster Lakes Apartments has been a pleasure. The staff is very helpful, experienced and friendly. The site is very well maintained and thoughtfully cared for.

Moved in two weeks ago and the experience has been really good so far. From working with leasing agent Nat who was very friendly, helpful with everything. Had a couple of maintenance requests and they have been addressed promptly. My experience so far makes me confident in my choice in selecting Lancaster Lakes as my new home.

Many benefits to living here!
Working from home - the peace and beautiful property are excellent to have.
Many amenities for myself and for child - playground (great shape and not too small!), volleyball, tennis, pool, etc..
Maintenance is efficient, can’t rave enough about how quickly they are to plow in the winter!
Leasing staff is so nice - Carrie and Nate are always helpful!

After residing at Lancaster for over two years, I found myself making my first maintenance call on Saturday. After leaving a message on the answering machine, I started thinking of ways to make it through the weekend because who’s going to call back on Saturday, after hours!?! Well, Jason (J3) did! He called me promptly, had me send pictures of the issue and within an hour was at my apartment making the needed repair. I am so thankful to live in a community like Lancaster. Special thanks to Jason (J3), he saved my weekend and to Lauren who called me first thing Monday morning following up. You guys rock!
