Frank was by far the best sales associate I've dealt with at any business in a very long time. He returned calls and emails the same day for over a week as we worked out prices and possibilities for a seemingly impossible request. His attitude and willingness to go the extra mile was sooooo welcome in this day and age when it seems a lot of people don't seem to care what you think about their business. Who answers your phone at your business can make a huge difference on your bottom line, Frank is an asset you can't afford to miss. Thanks again Frank.

Ken showed on on time, came in and did the necessary repairs. vacuumed out the
fireplace, cleaned the glass and left no mess. I would highly recommend Emmits

Everyone I had contact with @Emmett's West was very helpful, down the the last detail. We had our fireplace converted to a burner that would hold fire glass. They also painted it for us. I've never cared much for fireplaces, but have used it almost every day since it was installed! It is beautiful, looks brand new. Chris, Frank and Ken were all amazing. Thank you

I am so impressed that Emmets reached out to me to fix my fireplace. I respect a business so much that wanted to make their customer happy. Steve (very polite and wonderful to work with) came out and was able to make sure that everything is and was in working order. Steve was great to work with, polite and knowledgeable. He came with all parts and was prepared to fix any issues.

Great install from Brent and Joe. Ask questions about how we wanted the wood stove to look and informed us about the chimney will look going through the ceiling and roof. Cleaned up nicely. Treated the install like it was his home. Great job.
