Roger is an honest guy who does his niche very well. My main drain under my finished basement floor became clogged very close to my septic tank. Initially, another well-known plumbing firm with brand new trucks came. They pushed the blockage further out and blocked the entire main drain because initially the blockage was only affecting 2 toilets of 4. They scoped my pipe, didn't offer to show me the live video and didn't record it. They said I had a collapsed pipe and gave me an estimate over $5k to break up my basement cement floor to do a pipe repair. Then I had a major sewage backup because the blockage was made worse (total clog). After calling several other plumbing companies, R&P was recommended because they focus 100% on drain cleaning. With the right snake (60' needed) and a 3" cutter, they cleared the blockage in less than 15 minutes. For peace of mind, they showed me the video scope live which proved my pipe had not collapsed. The other plumbing company that charged me $500 for effort that made the situation worse refunded my money. I cannot recommend Roger highly enough. I had a mess to clean up, but not a massive nightmare of tearing up my basement.

Roger and his crew installed a 100' backyard PVC downspout and sump pump drain. They were professional and courteous. A pleasure to have. I have poor hearing so I printed up a long and detailed contract which they signed. They fulfilled all of the requirements and more. I am very happy. And the cost? Much less than the others. Great value!
