I bought a 2021 Yamaha wave runner from Wonderland, sales person James. The transaction was flawless and so easy. James was very knowledgeable and helpful. All staff were very polite. After a few months I had a battery issue. The battery died because it has a load on it even when the watercraft is not in use, I found out. The battery would not take a charge. I asked the good folks at Wonderland about the situation and they said put the battery on a low amp charger overnight and see if that helps and if not, they would take care of me even though the battery was out of warranty. Thanks to James and Don and all their staff at Wonderland Marine for such a great experience. I definitely will buy from here again!

Wanted to share the pleasant, efficient, and professional experience I had with the purchase of my 2021 Yamaha SE. I am a resident of Ohio and discovered that no dealers in Ohio had any inventory available for this particular model and expanded my search and got in touch with a salesman from Wonderland Marine West. From our initial phone conversation, and the subsequent ones that followed, he was a joy to work with. His knowledge, guidance, and personality made me feel comfortable from the onset, and I knew that my extenuating search had finally ended. We drove up to meet him and the staff and felt welcomed. This is the first time I have used this company and I have to say, they are top notch! David was so wonderful in how he explained everything and so patient. We were originally told they would be able to look at it in about 10-14 days, but the next day David had called and they were already caring for my boat! Had it back in less than 10 days 100% fixed and ready to go! I highly recommend this place and I know I wont ever need to look for someplace else if anything happens to my boat in the future!
