I searched high and low for the exact vehicle I wanted until I finally found Szott M-59 Toyota. I live in the Upper Peninsula, but purchasing my car from this dealership (7 hours away) wasn't an issue at all. I was able to complete almost everything over text or email, which is super helpful as a new mom who never knows when I can answer a phone call without interruptions. Elaine was a fantastic salesperson and made the car buying process painless. Even though I live on a completely different peninsula, I would definitely buy from them again!

Lightning fast and a great service experience. Good coffee and well informed staff. Made appointment on-line and they were ready for me when I arrived. PERFECT! Kevin and the service crew were nothing short of awesome and when a situation came up it was all hands on deck even when it involve staying over to get it done. I personally do not think you can get the attention to customer response to needs and service anywhere else. Thank you again!

I was referred by my husband who had a wonderful experience with Cristin. I decided to work with her and the team at Szott Toyota because other used car dealers made me feel like just a quick sale.
