Club Royale Boat Sales

My wife and I went to look at used-new pontoons at this dealer and were blown away with the way they conduct business. the salesman Mike D was very nice and knowledgeable and was NOT pushy like some people in sales. we told him the price-payment we were looking to stay around and he showed us many different options. I would 100% recommend talking to Mike about your new boat purchase.

We’ve been pontoon owners for close to 10 years and decided to upgrade to a wake boat last fall. We went to other dealers to look at new boats as well as check out used boats and we were ready to pull the trigger on one. But we decided last minute to stop in at Club Royale to see what they had and we were blown away by the not just the boat but everything Club Royale provides. Ryan LaPlante was our sales rep and was super attentive from the start to answer all my novice wake boat questions. They let us test drive and surf a similar model last fall and have come out to the house a couple of times this summer to make sure we’re comfortable with driving and surfing this new boat. In addition to the sales side, Brad, Cole and the whole service team has been nothing but fantastic. Last week we had to take our boat out of the water for the 20 hour service check and got it back within a couple of days….mid-summer somewhere else could have been weeks! I’m not a gear head and Brad showed me on a boat in the showroom exactly what I need to do and check when it comes to any issues with the engine because we live by mucky water. Not many people go to that length nowadays to care as much as Brad does. The reason I didn’t say Ryan, Brad and the whole team were super awesome from start to finish is because I still text them questions and they are great about getting back to me. This is an ongoing relationship that doesn’t ended when the sale papers are signed. If you are in the market for a new boat and just want a boat, you can go anywhere. However, we feel it is the whole experience and the Club Royale team from sales to service is the real difference maker. So go ahead and shop around other dealers but I’d highly recommend making Club Royale one of your last and final destinations for the best experience in getting you out AND keeping you out on the water!

Bought a new Moomba from Club Royal. Ryan, our sales rep, is fantastic, and has been extremely helpful both before and after the sale. He spent a few hours with us when he delivered the boat in April to go over all features, driving, etc. He came back and spent an afternoon with us in June to go over surf settings, and even gave me some surf pointers and tips! Service is also fantastic and Brad has been available to speak with us when we have had questions. We went with Club Royale for the personalized service and attention and have not been disappointed.

The staff at Club Royale made purchasing my first new boat easy and simple. It's a crazy time trying to purchase new boats right now, but I am quite satisfied with my purchase. Ryan and Curt were knowledgeable about what they had in stock and answered any question I could throw at them. Communication, whether by phone or email, was consistent and prompt from paperwork to receiving my MC numbers. Would recommend to anybody looking to purchase a new boat.
