Cruz Hearing Aid Service

Was very helpful, my brother had a pair of hearing aids (Wendix Beyond) we could not get to pair with a bluetooth app. The technician that helped us tested out the hearing aids and was able to tell us after actually calling the company direct that the Android phones don't work well with the hearing aids that we should get iPhones 10 or better, he didn't charge us for his assistance. If I had a concern with any brand hearing aid, I need repairs, batteries,or parts I would definitely go back to them first, excellent experience!

They were very good and talked about my hearing and was it a very good in explaining in detail my problem . Now I'm hearing things I haven't heard in years. Great work they did.

I finally went in after several years of family telling me I needed to get my hearing checked. Jon, the technician, performed the hearing test and was able to explain the results and answer all my questions. He understands and is very knowledgable about the hearing aid industry. He explained my options on how to get a quality aid for the best price. He was not high pressure at all, but actually cared about getting me what I needed to improve my hearing. I am so glad I chose Cruz Hearing. I did walk out with a set of hearing aids and the difference is remarkable!
