Genisys Credit Union

Genisys CU is a great place to bank!!! I have been a member for about 5 years and I have NEVER had a bad experience. They are so much better than the regular bank. I will be a member for a life-time!!! Everyone is so nice and professional.

I came into the lobby to speak with someone regarding my account. I was pleasantly impressed with whom I was dealing with. Her name was Wendy McKervey. Top 10 with a gold star!! She took the time to go over all of my issues as well as exceeding my issues with providing me with letters to help me.

I’ve been to two other locations and they were no where as respectful, helpful and pleasant to deal with as my experience with Wendy. She rocks!!

Being members since the 80's we have had multiple loans through the credit union. Working with Shelly Herron recently has been the best experience we have ever had there. Her customer service is top notch! She went above and beyond for us, even coming in on her day off to ensure our loan was processed smoothly and quickly. We highly recommend her as she genuinely cares for her customers!
