Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. Expansive raw frozen & freeze dried food selection. They carry hard to find products i.e. limited ingredient frozen raw rabbit patties for dogs with extreme food sensitivity. Selena is amazing! It was very inconvenient for us to purchase cartons of raw frozen food weekly for our two dogs so she got us large tubes of the same food eliminating the need to purchase weekly. The best part is IncrediPets has a pretty large delivery radius so my fur babies can stick to their heathy diet no matter how busy I get!

I think I’ve been visiting this family owned pet store for a couple of years now and I must tell you it is not a chain. It is not PetSmart it is not pet supplies plus , the staff here is always around to help you . They don’t sell you the dog food that they’re gonna make kickbacks and they sell you the dog food that your fur babies actually need. They are so knowledgeable and professional and it’s a young and youthful staff. It is a joy to go there. I have had to change my labrador retrievers foods twice and have had no issues with Rachel’s expertise. The staff are so helpful and they actually care about my pets and I I give them five stars plus!!

Stumbled upon this place on accident and it was the best accident that could’ve possibly happened! Everything about the store is great. The staff, the cleanliness, and the amount of stock! I have been in here dozens of times and I am always greeted by the super friendly staff and always asked if I need any help. Twice, while being pregnant, staff has offered to carry heavy bags of dog food into my car without me asking….Where else can you get service like that? The staff is also very knowledgeable in products and will help you find exactly what you’re looking for. I would recommend this place to absolutely anybody with a pet, even if you have to drive further out. Such a gem!

I absolutely adore this pet store. I am beyond grateful for the incredible service and care provided at the Family Business, Incredipets Market, you guys a true gem and the best pet store for pet owners. I have been coming here for over 2 years with my Shih Tzu, Krasivaya, who absolutely loves this store, as do I. The staff, led by the knowledgeable and friendly Selina, truly go the extra mile to make sure our pets are happy and healthy. During a particularly cold day, Rachel went above and beyond by helping Krasivaya try on 7 different pairs of boots to ensure she could finally go outside to do her business. Everyone here is very kind, dedicated and always gives the best care and the best solutions.

The selection of natural treats and human-grade foods at Incredipets is really cool to see and you won't find it anywhere else. We especially enjoy Stella and Chewy's Gently Cooked selection of Whole Foods. The variety of soy-free options available has had a profound impact on Krasivaya's diet and overall health, and she was finally able to come off of her prescription diet :). And for special occasions or I love you occasions they have the cutest little bakery where we always stop by to pick up Krasivayas cake (I'll include pictures & video below)
