Geoff Leach (our realtor) and the team at the West Bloomfield office provided an amazing experience in every aspect of buying our first home. Their experience and knowledge made everything from looking for the perfect house, applying for the mortgage, home inspection, working with the title company and closing enjoyable.

A few years ago, after my parents passed away, I needed to sell my childhood home. I contacted Geoff Leach at Century 21 Row West Bloomfield and he went above and beyond anything I expected. I was going to be selling the 65 year old home "as is" but Geoff took the time to help me figure out what repairs I would NEED to do for any code issues and what things I SHOULD do to help get top dollar for the home. Once everything was done and the house was empty I put it in Geoff's hands to list. It was in escrow in no time at all... almost overnight. I was out of state by then but he took care of everything, walking me through each step. Geoff is is very professional! If i had another home to sell i wouldnt even think twice.
