My husband and I have the Consumer’s Appliance Repair Plan and they sent out Tony’s Appliance technician, Chad. He was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He replaced the one part he had on his truck and ordered the second part we needed, for the washer. He called later that same day to say that one of their suppliers had the second part we needed and he could swing by after his last job and put it in for us. We didn’t expect that but it was amazing customer service. We will definitely be requesting Tony’s Appliance Repair through Consumers going forward!
Chad came out on time, was professional and quickly diagnosed and did a replacement of a fan on our refrigerator. He even returned quickly to do a followup w/o additional costs. I would highly recommend him!
After having a different tech from a company come out and tell me my dishwasher was not salvageable (only 4.5 years old), Chad came out and diagnosed it within 20 minutes, and order the replacement part. Within less than a week, Chad was back out with part in hand, and not only installed it, but waited for another half hour through the cycle to make sure it worked properly. My dishwasher hasn't EVER been this quiet, and it runs better than brand new!! Thank you again, Chad (and wife), for saving my sanity!! You two are AMAZING!!
I have been using Tony's for all my appliance needs. CHAD is excellent, thorough and explains things very well. Five stars but I would say more like a 10+ they are that good. From a loyal customer that knows quality customer service.
I was able to get an appointment the next day of calling. Chad came out right on time and finished repairing my dryer in about 30 minutes. Very nice and professional! Great experience! Would highly recommend!
