Hey there! I recently swung by Storage King USA at Wadford Drive in Raleigh, and let me tell you, Rose was an absolute rockstar! From the moment I walked in, she greeted me with a warm smile that instantly made me feel at ease.

Rose knows her stuff when it comes to storage. She listened to my needs, asked all the right questions, and gave me some seriously helpful advice. She walked me through all the storage options, sizes, and pricing plans, making sure I had all the info I needed to make a smart decision. And the best part? She did it all with a genuine care and enthusiasm that you don't often come across.

Not only was the facility at Storage King USA clean, well-maintained, and secure, but Rose's exceptional service truly made the whole experience shine! Randy-Lynn was amazing and we were happy to have stayed for the 3+ years. We will definitely think of Storage King first if we need a storage unit again!!

Randy was super friendly and so helpful in finding me the correct size unit and helping me with getting insurance and a lock. We joked around alot and she made the experience fun and painless. Would recommend this storage facility to anyone looking.
