(October 17, 2022, 7:02 pm)Great urgent! The first time I went they asked how to pronounce my name because they have an assistant named Kaila. Every time I've gone to this urgent care, she is always the one to call me back. She is great at her job, friendly, and she always makes me feel comfortable.
(September 13, 2022, 12:30 pm)Went there because my usual urgent care was very crowded. The receptionist said there were few patients at white lake office. I was greeted and seen promptly. I was tested and given a prescription. My only concern was the lack of electronic prescription. It only took a short time to process the manual script.
The experience was very good. Everyone was very professional and cordial.
(September 6, 2022, 9:55 pm)I went to take my mom into Urgent Care because she tried to break up a cat fight but she got in the middle. She got scratched up pretty bad. We got there a half hour before closing and they took her in with open arms. They were professional, kind, efficient and helpful. Within less than an hour we were on our way with her getting the care she needed. I’m very appreciative for their time and commitment in patient care. Hands down they did the job and I couldn’t be happier.

From the moment I scheduled my appointment over the phone, to the treatment I received on the day of my appointment, up to the time of my exit, everyone was very professional, friendly, and reassuring. A nice bonus is the facility is modern and spotlessly clean. Special mention to Jane, Chester, Sarah, and two other employees whose name, sadly, I don’t recall. Each of them deserve a 5 star rating.
(May 21, 2022, 10:09 am)They allow appointments, get you in quickly, I saw a nurse practitioner who introduced herself and her title and was very kind, compassionate and super knowledgeable. They took me seriously and helped me quickly. Very thankful for my experience here.
