  First & foremost, the tech that helped me, Lisa, is AMAZING! Awesome customer service skills. Like I was chatting with an old friend. Dr. Gaffka is also pretty awesome. He explained my eye exam in terms I could understand. I've had glasses for 38 years, & he's the first doctor who explained my terrible eyes. The frames I picked out are so comfortable & I've gotten quite a few compliments on them. THANK YOU WHITE LAKE WALMART VISION CENTER!!!

  I love Dr.Gaffka. He's the reason I go to this vision center. I have an Optometrist that I used most of my adult life. Then I needed an appointment in a hurry. I was so impressed with the doctor here than I switched from my old place to this. As long as he's there, I'll go nowhere else. If he leaves - I'll follow. Prices are okay, selection is okay. I'm not super fond of the lenses there, but - the doctor makes it worth it.

  Dr.Gaffka was very professional, informative and polite. Explained everything on my eye exam results , and I didn't feel rushed even though they were running a bit behind schedule. (I had a 20 minute wait)
  I got antiglare lenses and unfortunately they really scratched up, didn't last a year. Never had this problem with any of the 6 prior pairs I've had. ?? Disappointing since I'm extremely careful with my glasses. I don't know what could have caused such scratches.

  I just ordered my second pair of glasses from this location, and I have nothing but good to say. The three women that I've interacted with were so sweet, very professional, and really took the time to meet all my needs. Look for Lisa, she's amazing!
