“These guys are very knowledgeable about cars, including Mercedes Benz & other high end cars. However they don't do technical diagnostic scanning as these diagnostics are done @ dealership. After the mechanical work is done, you can take your car to the dealership to have it tuned for a simple fee, after the major work is done by these guys (that's what I do), this could save you thousands for your high end cars. They're very HONEST, as if parts don't need to be changed they will let you know, or if the part can be repaired for a cheaper price than purchasing a new one. I highly recommend these master mechanics both father & son. Their prices are shockingly low. They don't advertise, they're by word of mouth. PS. They also work on car electrical problems.”

“I experienced the unfortunate event of driving over a plastic garbage bag in the road. It was immediately wrapped around the drive shaft and sucked right into the rear differential of my 1500 Ram truck. It started leaking oil so we replaced the fluids and the seal. While doing that we discovered plastic was embedded in the bearings and an overhaul was required. I called around to multiple shops and dealerships. R&P of Oakland was the only place that understood the exact issue (they've had to fix it many times), gave us a quote on the phone that ended up being almost dead on, and provided excellent customer service. I knew my truck would be in great hands and that the work would be done correctly. They treated me and my husband with respect and professionalism the entire time. They even saved the destroyed bearings to show us how much plastic was hiding behind there. I dropped it off on a Monday afternoon, with the estimated pickup of Friday afternoon. They called me Tuesday morning saying they had a cancellation and the truck was already being worked on. We were able to pick it up Tuesday afternoon. Couldn't recommend this team enough. Their quality of work is unmatched. If you need any axle work done this is the place. Thank you SO much!”

“There’s no good time for a car collision, but someone wasn’t paying attention and hit me in July during the worst possible time in my life. I’ve got a 2011 Hyundai Santa Fe with 193,000 miles that I’ve kept it in great shape & have paid off, and even though I could drive home from the accident & most damage was cosmetic my insurance still totaled the vehicle. I recently become the sole person responsible for my mom in a nursing home in West Bloomfield, and I was also in the middle of the mortgage process (so getting a car loan was totally impossible). I could keep the vehicle and get a “salvage title“ with a smaller insurance payout (the totaled amount wouldn’t cover a reliable used car), but I learned a lot of shops won’t work on vehicles with salvage titles. In come Petrusha & Son’s to save the day! I told them all I cared about was having a functional/reliable/road-legal vehicle, I did not care what it looked like at all so long as nothing dangled off. They were able to repair several things in house to keep costs low, and sourced great used parts for the rest. In a few weeks I was back on the road in my own car, and not only is it running exceptionally well, they took time to make it look as good as they possibly could!!! When we picked up my car on 8/18, Kevin was there and walked us out to show us the final job. To say we were impressed is an understatement, and I cried happy tears as I pulled out of the parking lot and drove home to Oxford. He was engaging, friendly, and quick to follow up, despite me being a few states away. I initially tried to buy a different car from a different dealer, and when I told him, instead of immediately ghosting me, he congratulated me--classy. Turns out the other car deal fell apart, so I contacted Chad again, and found the EQB was still available. The price was very reasonable, and we had the paperwork in motion within a day or two. It is always nerve wracking to buy a car you have not physically seen, but my car arrived literally perfect--not a single imperfection that I can find. The car is a gem. So, very happy here with service and price. We tend to cycle through a lot of cars, and I'll consider returning here for our next purchase. Oh, and the finance department did not try to tack on a lot of nonsense extra fees, that seem to be the norm at other dealers these days--much appreciated.”
