“I started seeing Dr. Beena first at the beginning of covid. I was dealing with some pretty tough sleeping issues, anxiety and some weight gain I wanted to deal with. I have been interested in Ayurveda for many years and thru a friend found Dr. Beena. I immediately knew I was in a very special place just on my first visit. Within just a couple weeks I started to feel relief with my anxiety, my sleep was slowly improving and my digestion was much better, less bloating and overall feeling better and more energy!! I have consistently been doing the Rasayana Therapy (monthly shirodara, massage and steam and consultation). In my first year of seeing Dr. Beena I went thru the Panchakarma and had a wonderful result. I felt lighter, sleep much better and lost weight and my anxiety has been much lower. Ayurveda is a way of life for me now and I feel much more balanced and at peace in my life. My anxiety is much better and under control, when it pops up I have wonderful tools to feel better. My sleep has greatly improved and my life is overall happier and more fulfilling. I love Ayurveda and Dr. Beena and Be Ayurvedic so much I have completed the Fundamentals of Ayurveda course and presently enrolled the AHC course to continue my learning of Ayurveda. “My experience with this clinic has been beyond fantastic, EVERYONE is noticing my thickening head of hair it's only been 6mo. I am told it gets better/thicker than this.. This clinic needs 10 Stars but it only allows 5.. I paid more but I didnt have to leave the US and slept in my own bed after surgery.. Oh by the way, I am a big baby and hate pain. My procedure was PAINLESS. even days after. It did itch some but again that left after about a week and I know that was part of the healing process. I will be back if I need to but I dont think I will have to do additional. ONLY this clinic/team will do any kind of additional procedure... I was hesitant at first but not any longer. they are top notch..”

I was driving to Brighton before and her office is so quaint and convenient. She's an excellent listener and very patient. Dr. Jamie helped me schedule my initial visit and did a thorough exam as well as a blood draw (like a champ) to get my labs updated. It was so reasonably priced I can hardly believe it. You are seen the same or the next day and you are allowed to have as much time as you need with her. You can even text her if you want!
