“So far he has returned my calls and if u think he is a bad attorney maybe u should hire Levine and Benjamin and let them put an attorney on your case with less than 2 years experience and get your claim denied. They say they help their clients every step of the way from applying to appeals on their tv commercials which should be false advertisement. They could appeal to appeals counsel, or re-apply, or appeal it to the federal court but they didn’t with me. Then Mr. Bimberg or however u spell his name told me if I gave him a bad review that he would charge me for making copies of all of my 1,000 pages of my medical records which he asked for. So think twice before hiring them. Mr. Shefman and his staff has always treated me professionally. Mr. Shefman told me from the beginning that he would be the one representing me and not hand my case off to anyone else even when I have a hearing unlike what Levine and Benjamin did with my case and gave it to a new attorney who worked for them with 2 years of attorney experience. I wasn’t the only one they did that too either just give my case to a new attorney. Every step of the way was a lie.”
