You know he is 100 percent for you. And he gets results. We needed installation of septic tank for our island in Lakeville Lake. The health department would not give us the permit. The city was hostile to us too. The engineer Michael Powell said the only person who can get you the permit is Mr. Jeffrey Leib. We went to him and after studying the situation he said he will be 100 percent successful in obtaining it. And he was right. In another case we went to two lawyers to prevent our dock being taken down from the easement by the township. We went to two lawyers, both of whom were full of woolly suggestions. One of them charged us an arm and leg, coming up with bs solutions and charging us up the kazoo for his useless advices, always emailing or phoning to pad up his bill. We fired him and returned to Mr. Leib. Mr. Leib grasped the whole problem in less than 45 minutes while sipping coffee with us at a Starbuck. He called the city lawyer right in front of us and within an hour he drafted the right response to the opposite party. There was no desire to squeeze money out of us more than what was fair and by making the case more complicated than it was. On subsequent days when we were in great tension what will be the outcome of the case, every time we called Mr. Leib he was available to us. He really cared. He has a fatherly calming effect upon his clients. He is a most pleasant friendly gentleman with whom you feel that he will charge you what is fair and will do the right thing for you to the best of his ability.”
