James and his team were very responsive, professional, and affordable. They came out quickly in a Sunday to help me with a sewer line blockage. James explained everything to me and gave me advice on what to do to prevent a similar occurrence. I had a different plumber out a few weeks prior who gave me a bandaid solution and no further information. I'll be sticking with Roots from now on!
