Andy was nothing short of amazing. He deserves more than 5 stars. We relocated from the east coast so it was difficult for us not being close to the area. Andy was available, prompt, and incredibly insightful. He went out of his way to help and provide assistance. He has tons of local knowledge and understands the area and local builders. We also found he knows people on the finance side and his help there was also above and beyond. If you are in the Ann Arbor area, we would not buy or sell with anyone besides Andy!

Andy Piper @ Piper Partners played a significant role in my 2016 condo purchase so there was never any question about working with him again for all my future real estate needs!
Over these past couple of years, I have been watching the market and intermittently touring properties with Andy, knowing I would be looking for another condo when I had all my ducks in a row.
I contacted Andy at the end of 2021 after consulting with my financial advisor and mortgage company and set the wheels in motion.
Our search began in earnest with our first tour on a snowy Sunday in late January 2022. Andy informed me at the beginning of the day that one of the properties we had planned to see, was no longer available, but he did have new one that was not yet on the market; he made a call and we were able to see it that same day!
The minute I walked through the door I knew this was the condo for me!
Andy worked with me to finesse my offer and I was under contract before the end of the next day!
Andy was also completely instrumental in facilitating the sale of my current condo even when it seemed like the universe had other plans.
With the torrential rains that occurred in February while the ground was still frozen solid, my foundation developed a crack and the basement flooded—and, that was just the beginning!
While my insurance company was assessing the damage, they discovered a water leak in the basement bathroom necessitating almost gutting the room to repair the issues properly.
Needless to say, the strain this placed on my finances thwarted my previous plans to overlap buying and selling so I would have time to address some minor remodeling.
But with focus, the work of correcting the water damage and continuing to prepare my condo for selling continued to completion. At that point Andy was also ready, and full steam ahead, he took photos, wrote up contracts and all the other pertinent details.
My condo was listed on a Thursday with first available showings the following Saturday and an open house scheduled for Sunday, and lo and behold, it was under contract by the end of the evening Sunday!
Andy Piper sold my condo in just a couple of days! I took possession of my new condo just 1.5 weeks prior to completely vacating my sold condo. I could not have asked for a better scenario, even with all the early setbacks.

Andy is phenomenal! Extremely responsive, knowledgeable and listened well to our needs. We were moving from out of state and needed help navigating the Ann Arbor rental market. The day we called him, Andy had an MLS search set up for us, and when a great find popped up a couple months later, he got right on it and we signed the lease in 24 hours! The listing company required a tour of the property before we could submit our application, so Andy quickly arranged to tour the place and FaceTime us in. When our move-in date fell on a Sunday when the listing agent was unavailable, Andy picked up the keys for us and arranged for us to have access to the keys whenever we got in. We still feel so grateful to have gotten a great find, and we attribute that to lucking out with Andy as our agent. He’s the real deal— kind and genuine.

Andy is a great realtor! He has great knowledge and is super helpful. He was Always available for us especially when it was crunch time in a hot market! He helped us sell our house and use the proceeds to find our dream home! We found a safe neighbor for our daughter to grow up in thanks to Andy!
