Comfortable, welcoming environment and knowledgeable, professional staff responsive to questions (re procedures and insurance) in person, on the phone, and via the patient portal. Procedures and options are thoroughly explained in person and in writing for at-home reference. Dr. Jones’ low-key demeanor coupled with extensive knowledge, expertise, and experience make me glad I chose this office for initial analysis, a period of non-invasive management, and ultimately ablation and sclerotherapy treatments. I am very satisfied with my experience.
Dr.Jones and her staff were prompt and pleasant. Dr. Jones took time to help me understand my case and she explained treatment options.
Our appointment went really well. Everything was explained to us. I would suggest in summer with air conditioning a lightweight blanket for elderly people while waiting for doctor after ultrasound is done.
The offices were comfortable and clean, the office staff were friendly and helpful, and Dr. Jones was very pleasant. She explained my problems and what we can do to help me feel better. Dr. Jones also made time to address my questions and concerns.
