Humane Society of Huron Valley

Very clean! I liked that there was foot grabs on the doors. The location is very lovely and the whole building is clean and the animals aren’t all sick. The only “unclean” room was the bunny room, but bunnies need access to their droppings to be able to get their full nutrients. Plus, I adopted a kitty here! After traveling all over south Michigan and northern Ohio, looking at shelters, this one is by far the cleanest and most organized.

I just adopted my dog and was so pleased with the whole process. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable and truly seemed to love the animals. And Bubba is wonderful!

We had a great experience adopting Presto (who is now Bean). Everyone was patient, kind and helpful. Our kitten is playful, confident, cuddly and of course cute! We couldn’t be happier. :)

Thank you for helping us find the perfect kitten to complete our family. Adopted as Loretta, but we have chosen to change her name to Olive. She is doing very well in our home. Mingling with our son and pups like she’s been here the entire time! The process of adopting was so exciting and so easy! Thanks again!
