Washtenong Memorial Park

I’ve been dealing with this place since my Grandmother’s death in 1989. I’ve watched it change hands and go downhill - so much that I’ve spent years trying to find a way to move my family out of there.
Last week I got a call from Jessica, who told me that the cemetery was bought by a company called Ever Story. Well if she is any indication of what this new company is like, it’s a pretty great company! Not only did she call to ask what they could do for me, but she had the grounds people give my family grave markers a lift and repaired my parents grave stone - something I’d been trying to have done for years. I’m so impressed! Maybe we’ll just stay around!

We found Pete Raft and staff to be very professional, accommodating and respectful. We had two internments and ceremonies in 2022, one for my father in law and other for my father at Washtenong. Both were perfect thanks to Pete and his staff. We were so impressed that before we headed back home to Georgia, we purchased our own niche.
