Awesome preserve to walk around in it is very well kept up and beautiful in the summer. I haven't really gone there in the winter. But I would highly suggest it. There is a trail head with a small parking lot that probably could only fit like 5-7 cars max. I would give it a 10 out of 10 for a local park.
One of the best Washtenaw County preserves! Lots of different terrain and a fun hike. Tons of milkweed this time of year and saw some monarch caterpillars.
Very nice place that is relatively quiet and peaceful most days. A good little walk that may take a little over half an hour to complete. A variety of fungi, and wildlife, such as birds, rabbits, and more!
So beautiful! Saw several different species of birds, yellow warbler, american robin, great white egret... The photos speak for the scenery
Wide open, sunny, grassy plains that meander alongside farmlands, through forests and along a lake shore. Very beautiful. Approximately 2.5 miles of trails that are not well marked, but if you take a photo of the map at the trail head, more than likely you will not get lost.
