Love this place. They did a great job on helping my husband and I find a house and gave great advise. Only bad thing was explanations were not that good. I have bad compression and when we asked some questions, I don't think it was remembered that we are not realtors and and don't understand alot (first time home buyers) just give a straight up answer, that's all we ask. But other then that. WONDERFUL! Would fully recommend to my friends and family.

My wife and I started our home search earlier this year. We had a realtor that was helping us out (if you want to call it that). We we're discouraged and thought maybe this is how Realtors are. Well by dumb luck we stumbled across Katelyn. We are so thankful that we did because she was a godsend. We went into buying a home as clueless first time buyers and came out with a great home and more educated because of Katelyn. If there was a standard that all Realtors should have to follow, she would be it. Zero complaints and I mean zero. I can't even find something small to nitpick.
